Guest guest
LMBO Lyssa, your lunch was not boring! Gave me some things to think about... You are so funny! Hows my lil pooh bear baby???? Lunch (boring) Well decided on food vs liquid shake for lunch but it was fairly boring. I took a piece of deli sliced turkey breast and put a bit of cream cheese inside and rolled it up. Must admit I don't like the combination taste/texture although I love creamcheese. Raw cauliflower dipped in a country veg mix powder with sourcream and a slice of cheese.Felt like something sweet so I mixed a bit of cream cheese, a dash of vanilla extract and half a packet of splenda and nuked for a few seconds to heat. Yum.Now working on my next 24 oz of water.lyssaTake a peek at the Challengers "Before" pictures in our 2002 photo album at our Yahoo page, click on photos 2002 or try directly at http://photos.groups.yahoo.com/group/atkinschallengers/lst?.dir=/ & .src=gr & .view=t . Guest guest
NOw comon, a.....you have been on here long enough to know that when we say fajita or cheeseburger or pizza we mean LOW CARB!!!! In fact, I couldn't walk Solomon his whole walk as I was so weak and tired....that is all I had today and it was about a half cup of lettuce, half cup of meat, some shredded cheese and chopped tomato and a dab of cream....not enough calories to keep me going, for sure. I just had a ham slice with cheese rolled up to hold me over till dinner.
