Spines, Hi Cindy H.,

It sounds like a lot of arthritis in your spine by what you are describing

plus the instability. I'm waiting another year before anymore surgery on my

spine. I have two knees to go first and a possible right hip. I thought I

read your spine was making a THUNK FEELING?
