Hey group,

I got my letter today, saying that I am officially on

the waiting list and I'll be in the next group that's an evening class,

starting maybe this or next month, Jan-Feb at the latest.

The paper said in the meantime, start Weight watchers and cut out refined

sugars and fats, now I had a question about that. Isn't it bad to cut out all

fats? gallstones? what do they consider fats???
