Conference Hotel Registration

Hi All,

Just want to update you on the hotel situation.

I spoke with at the Hyatt, she was at a loss as to why there were

problems with booking rooms, but thought that it may have been because we

blocked off more doubles than kings so she made a few adjustments. However,

even if

that were the case there still are plenty of rooms available.

As far as the website for booking the address is:

I went on the site and went through the process of booking a room from

7/12-7/19 and received the room and the $99/night rate. So, everything appears

to

be working.
