The EAS Advantage shakes are really good. Make sure you buy the CARB control ones though as they make both kind. I drink the chocolate. They are ready made with quite a bit of protein, 15 grams I think.

Ready to drink shakes in a can by Atkins?Good? Bad? Same as making yourself from powder?I'm due in 4 weeks and my goal is to start doing a shake a day again for breakfast. How long does the powder stay good do you think? I have some left about a year old ??? but wouldn't make up that much. Think it would be ok to finish up? Mine is pretty old, but I keep it in the freezer....I guess if it doesn't

have bugs it is okay??

Yes I did and I have even spoken to pharmacists at different Wal-Mart's and they said it is up to the head office. -----
