Guest guest
Re: Back from Canada > Anyway, I know I'll be going back up there. We didn't get much Time in Vancouver, and didn't visit the more " quaint " Next time, you can try taking the Ferry up to . It's less driving and is supposed to be a truly wonderful place to visit. Mom loved it there and it's on my list of places to get to whenever I am not so busy. -Barb We took the ferry from Richland area ( a suburb of Vancouver). Didn't have any problems getting on the ferry going over to Vancouver Island/ but on the way back we had to wait 4 hours to get a ferry! But it was on a Sunday and didn't know we should have reservations. We saw only a fraction of the island as it's humungous (sp?) but what we saw of was beautiful! We didn't as much time in the city as we wanted to as we stopped at an old historic site for my dad....spent too much time there looking at all the old machinery!
