Guest guest
Here's what the company says on their website: Ease the experience of illness, injury, surgery, chemotherapy, dental treatment, and other physical trauma. This album's effectiveness has been demonstrated in major hospitals and clinics. The reported benefits include reduced anxiety, stabilized blood pressure, minimized need for anesthesia and pain medication, and quicker recuperation. The first three tapes (Pre-Op, Intra-Op, and Recovery) are for use before, during, and immediately after treatment. Recuperation, Energy Walk and Surf (also available as single tapes/CDs) foster healing and support wellness. Guidance Manual Included. Applications: Pain Management;Surgery. Price: $ 69.00 (USD) Here's the direct link to the website reference. You may have to copy and paste some of this in your browser as it may not all come together as a link (it's a long one) http://www.hemi-sync.com/shop/customer/product.php? productid=1591&cat=13&page=9&XCARTSESSID=0cdc76369e5113bc6982f3208b5c0 ece My mother introduced me to these tapes - she used them for two major surgeries and had absolutely no need of pain medication. I used them myself on her urging - there are six cassettes. Tape 1 was for the week before surgery. Tape 2 during the surgery (my surgeon said ok, and they put everything in a baggie for me). Tape 3 in the recovery room. Tape 4 post-op (when I got back to my room). I never used tapes 5 or 6. Tape 4 I played a lot over the subsequent weeks. I was always able to fall asleep listening to it. You will need a tape player that autoreverses as well as earbud type headphones so they don't get in the way of the anaesthesiologist. The resident surgeon came to see me the morning after, and said it was the fastest recovery they'd ever seen for someone who'd had these kinds of procedures. I honestly felt great from the moment I woke up from surgery and never looked back. The tapes helped me to a pre-op calm the week before. I figured the calmer you were going into surgery, the calmer you'd be coming out. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have more questions. I don't work for the company but I do believe the tapes helped me immensely. I've told friends that if I'm ever in an accident or need surgery again, no matter what else you do, get me those tapes! > Hi ! > > I noticed that you were talking about your surgical casette tapes. > Tell me more about this.
