Good morning all. I have been doing ok (T2) for about a year and a half now. I

lost 50 pounds since Jan. of 2005. My A1c was 5.8 last week. It was 6.1 the

time before so

I was happy about the effort and the results. I exercise 30-45 minutes on

most days.

Things aren't always so perfect. This is work as everyone knows. My morning


is always around 125-135 with no meds My cholestrol rose for the first time

ever. I was choosing the wrong proteins, so now I watch fats more closely. I

appreciate reading everyone's emails. You all have helped me so much with info

and awareness.
