This is how I make custard. I put 4 cups of Silk plain soymilk (4 grams

sugar per cup) in a blender, add 5 eggs, 1/2 C of splenda and 1 tsp of

vanilla. Whip that up till it's blended. Put a pan of water in a 350 degree

oven...pour the custard in a casserole dish that has already been placed in

the pan of water to avoid spilling...and bake for about 2 hrs and 15 minutes,

or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. (For some reason it

takes this long for the soymilk to set up.) Sprinkle the top with nutmeg

before you close the oven. Serve icy cold.
