Guest guest
Aase, I love your sense of humor! I'm not sure I got to meet you personally at the conference a couple years ago in Winston-Salem, but I do remember someone pointing you out to me, as I had asked if you were there. I was so impressed that you came over here to the conference! I DO want to meet you this year, so if I can't find YOU, please look for me, OK? There's a pic of me under the photos, but I'm really MUCH better looking than that in person! LOL!!! NOT! Can't wait to see and meet you! Come on JULY!!!! Love Lana
Guest guest
Hi, I have always wanted one saying " Defective Item " or " Fabrication Error " ... He-he... I say that a lot... To bad we can't return the bodies to get a new one... We should really take this issue up with somebody important, the return policy sucks big time!!! That warranty system really does not work... LOL... BTW, I got the coolest T-shirt ever a while ago. I just had to get it, got one for a friend with EDS and one for myself too. They have different designs of T-shirts, many really nice ones. So many printed T-shirts are so boring, plain standard ones. But this company has lots of different ones. The T-shirt has a blue rectangle with a white frame. Inside is the wheelchair from the International Symbol for the disabled, only the person is not in the chair, she is lying flat on her face in front of the chair. It is just sooooo funny!!! On their site and on auction listings they had a poll, so that people could say if they thought the T-shirt was funny or distasteful... I really believe that humor is so important in this, and I just love it when somebody can joke a bit about such things. I am afraid that I will have to get a couple more of these T-shirts. The company is in Canada and called Tainted Logo. They even have discussion boards on their website at http://www.taintedlogo.com ... Click " The T-shirts " and then the symbol with the person laying on it's face (top row, number two from the left). Then click the shopping cart symbol which says " All styles and colors " and you will get a list with pictures of all the different designs T-shirts you can get with this symbol on them. I saw one wheelchair user who posted there also mentioned fun T-shirts at www.gimpstore.com . Went there and they have such hilarious texts for T-shirts there. Got a huge chuckle out of reading the texts there. They even had one saying " Genetic Test Survivor " , he-he... But they don't have all the really nice T-shirts, just ordinary ones and sweatshirts. That is one of the things I liked so much with the Tainted Logo site, they have neat shirts. I am so tired of boring big T-shirts, end up not wearing them... But I guess that the other site maybe would let you buy the print only, so you could iron it on a nice shirt yourself. I did that once myself, because the T-shirt shop didn't have any shirts I thought were nice. Good night!!! Aase Marit >I love this!!! Guest guest
Hi Lana, Actually I think I did meet you... I seem to remember your name... But we'll have to meet now no matter what... Where are the pictures? On the CEDA page? I seem to remember they were moved somewhere else at some point... Aase Marit
