If you've been given the option to go to the office or call them....

then by all means CALL. Just tell them that at the moment you're to

weak to go into the office.

I think I will call. I am so nervous, I may start crying. I know that I cannot go back to work right now but I am the type that on my good days, I feel guilty for not working.

The same thing happened to me a year after I got on SS.... I called the

office and the two questions they asked me were:

1. Are you still sick and seeing a doctor?

2. Do you think you are able to return to work?

Those are the first two questions on my paperwork...

With my cpks still high and he has doubled my ivig and cellcept, I sincerely doubt that they could make me go back right now.

Even if I had normal cpks, this disease has taken quite a toll on my body and don't think I could ever go back to full time.

weak to go into the office. If they insist... have them reschedule it

but my bet is that they just want to know if you're still sick with this

disease and will send you some paperwork to give to your doctor.

I answered those questions and she said I would be receiving some

paperwork in the mail to give to my doctor. That was it.
