Guest guest
Whether you use it in hot tap water or cold, you have to blend ProScore 100 in a blender. It doesn't mix with a spoon. HDT 5+1 whey protein mixes pretty well in hot tap water and makes a pretty good hot chocolate. It is higher in carbs though. And remember...no REALLY hot water or you won't be getting the protein. It did not work. It clumped up and was not creamy at all. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to use it? Guest guest
Don't heat whey. Doesn't like to be heated. I am enjoying one now. 2 sc + 6 oz water + 1/2C ice. Hand blender. Yum. Some perverts mess with perfection by adding a bit of peanut butter, banana slices or berries.
