If you can try to get to a pain Mgmt specialist. They understand the process of RSD and can decipher the weird symptoms that other doctors have no clue of. I wish you could come see my pain doc he is great. He never rushes you, always asks if the meds are working and NEVER NEVER makes you think you are crazy. I have been with him for almost 5 years. I was originally dx by my plastic/reconstructive surgeon. I was having some reconstructive surgery on my leg to fix what another doctor did to me. He mutilated me. There is no other word for it. When they did a bone scan on my leg they realized that the first surgeon left 5 staples in my leg and they had migrated to the bone. It caused a serious infection and it was a mess. There is a lot of other problems but it would take all day to tell. Anyway I had all of the classic symptoms of RSD and was referred to the Pain doc. I hope and pray that you can get the help you need. It breaks my heart how many people suffer needlessly.
