Guest guest
For those of you who are following my progress on the anti yeast diet. Well, I gained a pound today. I don't know if it is that cursed bouncing between 193 and 194 that I have done for all those months, because I am at 194 today and was at 193 yesterday, or if it was one of the two things I added to my diet yesterday. That was 1/2 cup of homemade yogurt and 2 tbsp of DaVinci Syrup. I won't be having either one of those two things for awhile if that's the case. I knew it before I stepped on the scales, I just felt different. I am not too happy about this, it might be a hard thing breaking free of that weight so I will be doubly careful till I get below 190. Guest guest
Ellie, I started my husband on his diabete diet Thursday. While we have been adjusting this, I felt I was eating more than I should have. I dreaded getting on the scales this morning. Well, I dropped from 219 to 217. I was amazed. Hang in there. The weight will come off. I have just started my diet. I started at 224, and I need to get to 140. It will be a long haul, and I know there will be ups and downs during that time. But WE both can do it. SylviaCandy, Dodo, Ginger, Honey darn! weight gain For those of you who are following my progress on the anti yeast diet. Well, I gained a pound today.
