Guest guest
WOW I stepped on the scale this morning expecting to see 252 or 253, and it read 250! this was with my PJ's on, and we all know our real weight is our nekkid weight, so I quickly tore off all my clothes, and the scale read......................................................249.4!!!!!!! YAY I stepped on it again, and it was STILL 249! (You know how the scale says something the first time you step on it, and the second time it's higher, and you keep trying to get the first reading and it never comes up again, so you look not only ridiculus but like you're lying?) if not, then it must only be me lol. I ate within my points yesterday.. I get 30 points, and I did a lot of excersise =) I was wondering....I can loose 10-12 lb a month, right? well think about this one... I'm 249.4, if I loose 10 lb a month, in July...when I'm done with my 24wk program I'll be close to 160-170. I won't even need the surgery by then. That's saying that I loose 10lb a month though. Do you think that's reasonable? -Dawnyel 298/249/

Guest guest
The more you lose the harder it will be to lose more. Also you'll be gaining muscle weight as you increase your exercise which will slightly offset your weight loss from lost fat stores. Stop focusing on the scale and focus on your health, clothing sizes, etc. Also, it's not like you should really stop eating healthy or exercising if you were to reach your ideal weight by July or even later. Ok that all sounds really depressing and you're doing so well. Just keep doing what you're doing and increase the exercise a little bit every week or two along with continuing or increasing positive eating habits (again, slowly). Heck you've lost 50lbs. I felt great having lost that much and that was only 10% of my weight, with you it's 20%. That must feel twice as nice! Do you have pictures posted?
