You don't HAVE to eat nuts for dinner or starve, a! Pick up a Mc's chicken cesar salad, drink more water and lose that cheese and nuts!! Tough love for you, girlie!

Oh I did not see just 2 oz. Well I am still proud of you...but remember what I told you....go easy on the cutting down, you are used to eating a lot and you don't want to make it to difficult on yourself or you will quit.
