Guest guest
Friends: I'm taking all of the very, very best parts of the very passionate posts of the last few days and synthesizing them into something contructive and useful to myself. That is why this afternoon I'm going to get drunk, get online and find a mud-wrestling partner. Don't worry, , the mud will be milk and sugar-free. I'll post the pictures later. Guest guest
: I was thinking of you because I just bought some Isopure protein powder and the chocolate tastes like CRAP. And to boot, the first time I stuck the hand-blender into it, there was some coupon thing hidden in the powder and it blew it all over the kitchen. It wasn't fair! Live and learn :-) Happy New Year! P.S. Booze is not a sugar! It is produced from grains and is therefore part of the whole grains food group.....the TOP of the famous food pyramid. And if you have an olive in your martini, you are also satisfying your green vegetable requirements for the day. The same can be accomplished with a lime wedge in a Margarita. For all your protein-preaching, you really don't know much, do you? %-) ....a cross-eyed smile.
Guest guest
Well, um, you, um, should be very selective where you buy things with hidden gimmicks! LOL! Hey , more expensive is not better. But now, you broke the free toy that came with it! :-( That was your protein isolate, clear, so you can put it in a clear glass with water and see the spoon through it! Like in the ads. Of course, the choc is brown, the van is white, the str is pinkish. Only the protein isolate is clear. LOL! So's the water. Man, I love a good gimmick! Hmmmm, truly, I never did a chemical study of booze, so I only know it plumps folks up, so I'm guessing it is sugar. Fermented anything = sugar, right? But hey, the olive for your fruit, the mint leaf in a grasshopper, sounds balanced to me.
