Guest guest
I want to thank everyone for there prayers about my sister, and the members who saw the obit on her. I will miss her nightly calls to me, even in her own pain, she was so concerned about me all the time. Its like almost 2 a.m. Sunday morning and cannot sleep. Pain is up, and the weather is changing here in Central Florida, but its still warm in the 70's. I use a cane all the time, and of course the wheel chair. I feel very sorry for everyone who has this disease, a few of us have had for many years, it is getting to the point where its getting old. You cant take it anymore. I remember when I was a vice president of the first RSD chapter in Orlando Florida in the late 80's and knowone really knew what this was, but they called it the Pain That Never Stopped. When I was younger It sort of stayed at one level, as we get older and more stressed and our bodies and bones start getting sensitive, we are having more pain, as put it, we are instant Baromators. We can detect the weather before it gets here. We should get paid by the weather service, when we have pain something is going to happen. Again, I want to thank all of you for your support and also the ones who signed my sisters guest book online with the Miami Herald Newspaper. Hugs Jan Avon Park, Fla. Guest guest
Hello Jan, I am new to this group so we haven't met yet. I am so sorry for your loss of your sister and send my prayers. And I want to thank you and others that were instrumental in bringing first attention to RSD as you mentioned in the late 80's. The Pain That Never Stopped was the only literature that was available to me in 1994. It told me that I wasn't nuts. I am so sorry you have suffered so long with this dibilitating disease. Suffering an emotional loss hits the body system in a way that aggravates the pain to new heights. I hope that you will receive some relief and peace as soon as possible in the days to come. With love and caring, Lyn " Mr. Jan G. Loeb " <loebj@e...> wrote: > I want to thank everyone for there prayers about my sister, and the members who saw the obit on her. Guest guest
Jan, I am just sorry that there isn't more that I could do to help you with your loss and the pain that goes with it, but only time can ease this one and I know that if there were telephones in Heaven, she would still be calling you every night. My prayers will be with you and your family, Lin -- Thank You Everyone I want to thank everyone for there prayers about my sister, and the members who saw the obit on her.
