Guest guest
Hi Sassy, I checked Netflix for it - they have just about everything but not this particular one. Do you know where you can get it? " Ms. Sassy Monkey " wrote: Has anyone seen / watched or used the Weigh 2 Win Bariatric Work out video? Guest guest
$40? Ouch.... http://tinyurl.com/ybs3ra 20 minutes doesn't seem like much. I'm up to 55 minutes of cardio and 15 of weight lifting starting this week. Let me know if it's any good though as I'm always interested in a good video. Guest guest
I bought it! It's for post op patients, but I don't see any reason why you couldn't do it pre-op. It has 3 stages... up to 6 months out...6-12 months out... and 1 year post-op for maintaining. I'm still in the " up to 6 months " catagory, but it's not a bad little workout at all! > > Has anyone seen / watched or used the Weigh 2 Win Bariatric Work out > video?
