Okay, does anyone take saw palmettO? and not just for men with prostate trubs.

I am also interested in other people;s strategies for SWALLOWING all the

horse pills we take. I take with water and try to put capsules in so sharp

side is facing front teeth. Still gag half the time. I take a BUNCH, Hair and

nails, chonroitin, calcium, vit cs, man, the list goes on and on. Any ideas

to make it easier? (Besides grinding up and putting in dog food like we do

for dogs--grin)

Here's a response from the peanut gallery:

I HATE taking large pills, in fact I usually start choking. I

currently take most of my pills in chewable form.

I take daily:

1 adult chewable multi-vitamin/mineral (CountryLife)

1 chewable vitamin E (CountryLife)

3 chewable 500 mg calcium/magnesium (Cal-snacks by CountryLife)

1 dry " allergy " a & d capsules by TwinLabs

2 morning/2 evening potassium capsules (TwinLab)

2 prescription Iron capsules

1 b-1 capsule (TwinLab)

1 b-12 sublingual (TwinLab or CountryLife)

1 chewable vitamin C w/my iron (Trader Joe's)

I wait at least 1 hour after taking my iron & C before I take my

multi & Calcium.

All the non-chewable capsules are very small & easy to swallow.
