YOu bring up a wonderful point and one that we here in my house talk about

all the time. IT is absolutely impossible to do all the exercises all the time

and to know if we are doing them correctly not to mention that we can't afford

it anyway and have a $2000 cap a year on it!! It is so totally frustrating and

then to even find an EDS literate therapist is another issue and those can

end up hurting you!!

PS... I actually had meant that I was failing some of the pt because of my

incompetent muscles and am looking at a very unpleasant daily procedure in the

face in my near future if I don't get better.
