Just to elaborate, I am the queen of plateaus, but I just broke a

plateau starting a week ago. Between 5/20 and 6/20, I lost a total of

5lbs and was on a plateau for three weeks of that time. But last week,

I went from 214 to 207, so when my plateaus break, they break big. I

will be hitting the water, protein and exercise really hard to reach 195

by my birthday on 7/25. I haven't been under 200lbs since puberty, so I

am really looking forward to this.

Hi Marina :)

Yup, I can relate! I plateaud for 2 weeks beginning only 2 weeks

out of surgery. Then I lost about 15 lbs for the next 2 weeks and

then have been on a plateau again for the last 2 weeks.

So about 50% of the time since surgery, I've been plateauing. VERY

frustrating...
