Guest guest
This makes a LOT of food especially for a single guy. It's fantastic stuff though. I added extra horseradish and tabasco. Really I think it could use some hot peppers in it too. I'm big into throwing in extra veggies and spices into this sort of thing. 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked (I used two 7oz cans) 1 (8 0z.) package cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1 tbsp. horseradish 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke 1/4 tsp. Tabasco 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped PREPARATION: Combine all but parsley, spoon into serving bowl, cover and chill several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with parsley prior to serving. Serve with melba rounds or crackers. Unfortuantly my daughter didn't care for it and my son was gagging on it and didn't want to chew/swallow it. I made him anyway. Kids, the dramatics are lost on dad, try them with your mother. Mike in GR

Guest guest
Actually I thought that it sounded pretty good. I would have to leave out the hot sauce right now because my body cannot handle it, but hopefully soon enough, I will be able to eat it. Lin Lhsh@... American by birth, Saved by the grace of God.
