I have been experimenting with wrapping my foot and leg all the way up with ace bandages because it seemed to give me some relief but I didn't know why. So I will go to town to find what you described. Just wanted to let you know how anything and everything helps someone. And by putting it out there you have helped me confirm that I am not imagining this. It really does make a difference between driving myself nuts with the pain or getting it down a notch or two without drugs!
