Why shouldn't the protein powders be mixed with pineapple or papaya fruit or

juice? Does this also go for grapefruit and orange juice as well?

Unfortuntely, yes, if it is hot, you are wrong. Most protein powders can

NOT be used hot. Also do not mix them with pineapple or papaya fruit or

juice. I wish it were not so because I am really cold most of the time and

would love to use them hot. You can use warm tap water, but that's as hot

as you can go. Sorry.

product called Optimum 100% Whey from GNC. People have said NOT to

mix these powders with HOT liquids.... but every morning I have a

20oz, skim milk, decaf, latte with sugar free carmel and a scoop of

my protein powder. I figure I'm getting almost 30gr of protein in

this drink. Am I wrong?
