Guest guest
; I am glad that visceral mfr worked for you as well. I just wanted to mention on the last part of your note; the issue about failing to do the excercises. If you are like me you have a stack of excercises a mile high. Exercises for posture and thumbs and neck and tmj and pelvic excercises and back etc. They all say that they must be done every day or every other day. To illustrate this point I began at the top of my stack of excrcises and did 3 sets of 20 for an hour a day. It took seven hours to get through the stack (I only did an hour a day so it took seven days). And who really knows if the excercises really work or if I am doing them correctly or if some of them are making other issues worse. And the excercises arent going to be successful unless they are done every day or every other day. I have no idea what the answer is to this issue; but 'self guilt' isnt the answer. I would be interested to hear how others manage this issue. I know a lot of people would say 'consistant knowledgeable pt is the answer' which is something I don¹t have. And finding a pt who can understand it all does not seem obtainable. I also dont have the funds to pay the majority of it all out my pocket. I honestly don¹t know how people do it On 2/1/04 9:06 AM, " ceda " <ceda > wrote: > From: Mdmssmile@... > Subject: Re: Re: Info desperately needed please!!!! please reply someone > > She has really helped me alot.
