Guest guest
First of all, thank you all who wrote about possible non-cow cheeses. I will look into this some more. here is the radical notion. You know that Window they talk about that closes at 12-18 months. From watching and listening over these years, I do not believe it. I believe the window opens anytime you choose to raise it up again. There is a DIFFERENT period right after gb when you cannot eat but a finger's worth of food and the weight drops right off onto the floor for many. But that is only the first window. Window number 1. And it is there for much shorter for some and longer for others. But there is another window, a larger one. Window number 2. Still advantageous more than person's who are so-called 'naturally slender,' or who don't have to struggle very much with fluctuations. This window #2 arrives when you can eat more normally, when the stomach again is larger than a child's teacup. It opens when you exert some control over intake and timing. This window never shuts. Many people's weight bounces around; I daresay most do. Including normies. My own does, I bounce ten lbs in either direction. What I want to get clear is that the Window is open if one wishes it to be--it is opened anew by the choices one makes. this is just my two cents worth love, ceep G-MOM
