Guest guest
Dear Sharon, I once dislocated my thumb while sleeping - had my hand twisted up under my pillow with my head resting on it. I eventually had to have surgery on it to release the tendon as it never recovered and turned into a trigger finger type thing. People had a hard time believing I had done that kind of damage while sleeping. But as we well know it happens! Hugs, B. Guest guest
I find thatI do this too; or when I tuck my hand under my face which dislocates my jaw in my sleep. The best solution I have found is to keep my hands warm when I am sleeping with some loose padded hand braces -- then I wont ball them up under the pillows, face, under myself.
