Guest guest
I haven't been able to have the shoulder put back properly since almost 19 months ago. I even had a doctor xray it and he said it was likely ti was just some cartilage that was folded over that made it feel so weird. I have a big problem with the constant dislocations on that side. > > C ----------------- " JUST " some cartliage? What a bleeping idiot! In the first place, maybe it is " just " some cartilage that is somehow blocking your shoulder from being properly reset. Damn! I would love to get my hands on your shoulder. (Aside to the list - my apologies - but I get really angry when I read things like this). Sorry for the detour, back to the issue at hand. I would strongly suggest that you get tested for TOS if it is just the shoulder and also for Ulnar Nerve impingment if your elbow is still involved as well. There are some very high-tech tests that are done for certain aspects of TOS, but the four primary causes are easily tested with very simple arm movement/pulse reading tests. In fact, they are tests that you could have somebody around you do (unfortunately, you can't do them on yourself). Let me know if you want more detail on how to do them. If you do have either one of these, they can be addressed with massage, physical therapy, acupressure or polarity therapy - to name a few.
