Thank you for all the replies on shamanism. I am seeing one in April and

wanted to know everyone's experience. It has been very informative. The

person that I am going to see teaches shamanism to students and is one of

the leading shamans. I am thrilled to be able to go and hoping that at some

point I can get my daughters to see her as well.

Mike - thanks for your reply to this question. I enjoy having you on the

list and feel that you have brought so much hope to the list with your

posts.

Excellent point about medications. I will keep that in mind. I don¹t know

that this particular shaman's focus is on herbs. I will also keep in mind

that she could be doing body work and calling it some sort of demonic

procedure -->> which would really freak me out!!

Onale; so sad to read this about your mom-in-law :((

When I was reading up about that 'new type of EDS' earlier; I ran across

countless notes about how phen phen etc causes the " cardiac valvular

disease " . I can't imagine what this shaman was thinking. :((
