Hi All,

I want to do some testing on what food spike up the most; however, not wanting

to test every half hour for each food -- what is a good average time to wait to

test for the spike? Don't want to worry about being super accurate -- just some

ball park numbers will do.

I'll be testing things like: ice cream, white bread, whole gain bread,

potatoes, carrots, a variety of TV dinners ... and so on.

TIA -- all you 'sweet people' :-)

Regards,

Harry

I would guess maybe two hours but.....

You might try using this chart. It also discusses how they test.
