Guest guest
Hi Venita.... I was wondering how you were doing. I'm so glad to hear your doctor put you on some meds and hopefully it will take care of the problem. I'm also glad you had a wonderful Christmas and now you'll be able to spend some time with your son. I wanted to look up the one med you're taking... Fludrocortisone. Fludrocortisone (floo-droe-KOR-tis-own) is a drug that is used to replace steroids normally produced by your body. It keeps the balance of fluids and minerals in your body. It is often used with another drug such as hydrocortisone (eg, Cortef®) or cortisone (eg, Cortone®). Fludrocortisone is a tablet that you take by mouth. http://www.bccancer.bc.ca/HPI/DrugDatabase/DrugIndexALPt/Fludrocortisone.h\ tm " > Fludrocortisone I take the hydrocortisone but don't have to take the fludrocortisone..... It's interesting that you're missing one and I'm missing the other.. I do hope today is much better for you and that you can rest and relax as much as you want and need. Let us know how these new drugs make you feel. Take care and a big hug coming your way. Vicki
