Boy you sound like me exactly 2 weeks ago, just when I found these guys,

except I was spazzing a bit more. I was told in essence... it's relatively

normal, don't stress unless it stays like this for a long time, stress makes it

harder to lose weight.. and the weight will come off. I hit a plateau at 3

weeks, didn't lose for a week, then boom.. almost 10 lbs at once... wow. So give

it time, do what you should and don't stress.

I'm almost three weeks out from my surgery. I feel like I haven't lost

enough weight. Is there a certain amount I should be losing?

Also, for some reason I feel hungry. Is this normal? Any help would be

great !

I have a feeling this is normal because I feel the same way. What I have been

doing is to stay focused on what youare doing dont lose sight of the big

picture. Be patient the weight will come off. When I start to feel hungry I for

a popsicle. Or just start doing something to take your mind of eating.Remember

you didnt get to be overweight overnight so it is going to take some time to

adjust.

What do you want it to be? wrote:

I am 3 weeks today out from surgery . I have lost between 24-27 pounds. It

varies.

The scale goes up and down every other day. I wasn't hungry for the first

couple

Weeks . And now I have an appetite. I can't wait to get off of pureed foods.

I just get sick of everything tasting the same! I just want to bite into

A slice of cucumber. I go to see my surgeon on the 31st , and can't wait to

Be released to eat " normal " food! Lol

I don't know what is normal weight loss in the first 3 weeks. But I don't

Feel discouraged with my loss. It's actually more than I would lose in a

month or two before .

So don't let it get you down. I think it is all normal!

Good luck!
