I have no idea......I have heard of them being severe in some and then you

get someone like me and my family where we get none and if I even have one or

two You can't even see them. My skin is not real stretchy, but weight gain/loss

does not seem to affect it where I get loose skin. It is certainly far from

perfect with the amount of veins I have showing through my skin, and it is

very " squishy feeling' " . but we have always been like this so it is not due to

aging, just VEDS, I guess? Who knows......

I got stretch marks when I was a teenager, but none when I was 24 & had

my son. Weird. But I used Palmer's Cocoa butter lotion while I was

pregnant, maybe that made a difference.
