I noticed on the bill they had already subtracted 1000 pending

insurance. I guess that is the credit. But they are still billing

me 2K for the procedure! I hope after the remove the 1,500 for the

lab hemoglobin which should only be $8.00 and the 250 deposit I will

have only a couple hundred to pay. Besides they have more insurance

money coming since I have the out of network referral. I had to call

the insurance to have them re-calculate the claim based on this.

Kamil had this information and did not even use the out of network

referral information I as well as my insurance provided.

He is doing a crappy job in my opinion.
