answers all my questions about timelines. Good luck maybe you should try a

I did talk to a lawyer initially but I didn't have good vibes from her.

Thanks everyone for their commiseration on my being down.

My health has been much better since I stopped working.... nothing like a

catch-22 situation. The pain is still there, the depression is still there

(bad today of course), but the respiratory health has been much bette without

all the physical/emotional stresses of working.

I wish I could work a couple of days a week for a few hours, but even

volunteering at the local historical society 4 hours for one day a week wipes me

out.... how do I prove this to the SSD people??? Geezzzz there is no WAY to win

this because I don't have all the joint issues others have, the numerous

surgeries, etc. I put the depresion and fibro as the main components of the

application and last year in the spring was also diagnosed with ADD.... which

explains why I could never keep jobs and made mistakes... not including the

pain/fibro fog issues and memory problems.

Off to sulk some more <G>
