Hi Robin,

I got Dr. Heffez' name off the dysautonomic website that I am a member

of. Quite a few people from there have used him because he is so

knowdlegeable about POTS and also though about EDS . He is very thorough,

conservative,

emploies a team approach to make sure every base is covered. He reads his own

mri'sfor himself. What you need to do is to send him your latest MRI films. He

will look at them and if he thinks he has anything to offer you, he will

inviite you in.He won't just operate on everyone.

I got three opions and he was the ONLY docotr that gave me a thorough exam

and touched my body!!! I went to top teaching hospitals too.

Good luck and if I can answer any questions, let me know.

.. ps... please excuse the late night typing!!

Thanks,

I don't have a current MRI. But will pursue contacting him just the same.
