Guest guest
> Hi Everybody, > I have a quick question for anyone that can answer. Do any of you get tremors at night? I get them when I am almost a sleep. My doctor said yesterday that if I have tremors while I am awake it is okay and need not worry about them. If I am a sleep when I get them, then I need to have medication to control them! Right now worrying about my back and will talk to the doctor the next time I see him. I did have them terribly last night and they actually woke me up. Now I am getting a little worried about what they can cause! If anyone can give me information on this, I would really appreciate it. Interesting question Dawn. I've been having rather intense spasms mostly in my diaphram area, not painful just strong in that they wake me like one would wake when they dream of falling. It will happen some nights as many as 5 times before settling down and I'm rarely fast asleep when it happens but just starting to get relaxed. I can feel the heaviness settle in and then I know its going to start and the more I try and force it not to the more prolonged they are. Sometimes they happen in a finger or my arm or leg but the most intense ones are abdominal. I have an appt on Tuesday with my primary so I guess I'll find out more then. I asked the nurse practioner at the pain clinic but the only advice she could give me was that maybe it had to do with my sleep meds so she took me off of them but they have returned and I dont take anything at night currently. I sleep well so Im not even worried about that, its just getting settled at night and drifting off before they start. Let me know what you learn Dawn and I will fill you in as well. Guest guest
Donna, Thanks alot for your help and if you do get any info, please let me know. I will also do the same for you. Today has been awful. It is raining and is very cold outside. I also recieved a phone call earlier that I have to go and see another IME for workers compensation in early November. I spoke to my attorney and he is going to check into it for me considering this will be the third time I had to see one and yet to have any treatments for my back!!! They all make me crazy and I told my lawyer today that I have yet gotten any help for my back and I am in agony!!! I hate this being all about money and would like to have an insurance company that really cares!! Do you think that will ever happen? Well want to quickly finish looking at the mail and need to go out for a while! Take Care and LOL! I did think you were a nice person by the way! Best Wishes!
