Guest guest
I'd like to ask some advice of the group. I went yesterday for my 2nd treatment of Epifacial. The doctor used 590 filter with a few passes the first visit and on this second visit she started off with the 590 filter and worked her way up to a higher filter somewhere in the six hundred range. The first visit I did not notice any improvement and now after my second visit I'm still flushing. In between these two sessions I went back to have a pass of Vasculite laser. What was done was only a few small spots on the cheek and chin. The doctor hesitated to do more because he did not view any feeder vessels. What I did experience was some slightly raised welts on the face where the Vasculite was passed. I'm trying to follow Jim's course of action to get the improvement that he did can you please tell me if you feel that these experiences are normal? When did you start seeing some improvement or results from your epifacial/Vasculite sessions? Also I'd like to let you know that the Photoderm when I had it a while back in NYC was very, very painful. It was set at 575 filter and double pulses. I'm wondering why I'm not feeling any pain whatsoever during the Epifacial and Vasculite treatments with this doctor? Is the Photoderm better than the Epifacial? Just wondering because with the Photoderm I couldn't even sit in my seat that it was so painful. I appreciate any feedback you can give.
