Zinco seems best to use when driving in the car, being

in the sun for a few minutes to go to the store,

walking to a restaurant, etc. In other words, low sun

exposure. It's one of the few products I can leave on

all day without any harsh reaction from my skin. I now

use a tissue to matte it so it doesn't shine, which

has helped a lot. (whoever came up iwth that idea,

thanks much!!)

For longer periods in the sun, I use the Vanicream

recommended by Dr. Nase, which is SPF 35. It is also

made from zinc oxide but has more protection than

zinco.
