Guest guest Posted August 20, 2005 Report Share Posted August 20, 2005 Hi, My son has been on the SCD diet for 1 month. He stools have worsened at times and other times they are fine. Sometimes they are greenish and sometimes clay color. Behavioral changes since diet has been implemented are that he is more curious about his environment ie when phone rings he asks what's that (instead of who's that) he never did that before. He snipped paper with scissors without help for the first time (this is a big deal for him) he is also very mouthy and sasses me. ( I don't like this behavior obviously) I am most concerned because my son is becomming very hyper and running around the house like a wild man at times. It is almost like is turning from PDD to ADHD. I haven't taken him off of all of his old supplements yet because I will substitute SCD compliant supps as I finish his old ones (for financial reasons). Is this all normal stuff or should I be concerned that I'm making mistakes with the diet. Or could he have other issues going on? Any advice would be much appreciated.
