Guest guest
<< From: " Valued Compaq Customer " <ruf-caimi@...> , That is a great site, I got a lot on Prosorba. I was looking for all the technical stuff with this, for my son, and that is what I found. Thank You ((((((hugs)))) I am still not sure what to do, this is a little scarry. One thing you need is great veins and I don't have that. Actually, most times when I need test done, they always end up at the same poor vein. They have done it so many times the vein now has scar tissue. I will still research all I can, I have about 2 weeks before I go to the Rheumy. Thanks, >> Hi , You're welcome, . But I give my Mom the credit for telling me about Ask Jeeves! I am glad this site works out so great for you. The search engine I have always used is Dogpile. That one is pretty good too. So now I switch between the two. Good. You have a good 2 weeks to get loaded with info for your RD. He/she's going to love you! Mine, too when I see him April 4. hehe.. I think he will be happy to see me taking charge for a change. Veins could be a problem. I have thought about that on occasion. My veins have been used and reused so many times I have sometimes worried about what would be done in an emergency if they can't find a vein. So far, I only have one that doesn't work. I do know they go to the foot if they can't find one in your arm. I hear that hurts more. Has anyone had that problem where they have to use your foot? The other day I recommended Remicade to a friend of mine. Enbrel had failed for her. And she told me her veins are pretty shot. So what do you do in a situation like that? She is also very young. About 29 or so. She developed JRA around the age of 13 like I did, and has had double knee and hip replacements, and her RA is still really active and painful. I am frustrated for her bcs Remicade has worked so well for me, and bcs there is something that would probably help her, but her veins aren't in very good condition. , good luck with what happens! I will want a report, of course! I want *relief* for you, dang it! I wouldn't wish this kind of pain on an enemy, much less a friend like you! Hang in there. Good things come to those who wait. But the waiting can be so painful... sigh... ~
