Genz, I had to redo the it on line because they said they did not get it. I

got kicked off twice today trying to do it. Hang in there we will get it

Dear Susie,

Genz is short for my last name Genzel. Since is such a common name

and no one else is named Genz it sort of stuck. Back when I first started dating

my

husband, for about a week I would look at him and say, " What's your last name

again? " Little did I know I would end up with it.Can you believe I am still

working on

this @#$%@#&* patient information form. I decided the reason it is so difficult

for me to complete is because some of the information is of a very sensitive

nature

for me and it is so hard to

to get it all down on paper. My daughter came by to type it for me but I wasn't

through writing my descriptions for her to cut and paste. I also had a lot of

distractions today with my 22 month old granddaughter and a drywall guy working

on the house doing warranty work. I am going to finish it by saturday one way or

another!!!!!!! Get those contacts and let's be mini- buddies.
