Guest guest
Hi I was wondering if anyone in here is on the Byetta? I am starting it this thursday along with the Lantus and metformn I already take. I have found a blog where users talk of their experiences. From what i read it really helps with BS and make you look weight by slowing down the digestion of your food by making you feel fuller longer. The down side seems to be it makes you sick. I read of lots of nausea, vomiting, ect..Also making you feel like you are in a fog.I am kinda scared and kind of excited too. So any info would be appericated. I am suppose to start on the 5 mg stick.
Guest guest
Hi Buffie - I started taking Byetta about a month ago and am about to go up to the 10 mg pen. I take Avandamet and Amaryl as well. The Byetta has helped me eat less and not crave sweets so much. The side effects are different for everyone, and you might not feel sick at all. I didn't have any nausea or vomiting, but I did have a headache, foggyness, and sleepiness. These side effects have subsided somewhat, which most everyone on the blog says they will do. So all you can really do is try it and see how it goes for you. Good luck. Byetta ? Hi I was wondering if anyone in here is on the Byetta?
