Here is the info about the TENS Unit that I have now....maybe you can talk to your doctor about it?

It works like a TENS Unit, but has a Timer you can set so that it only goes for a certain amount of time, or, you can just turn it on and let it go all day. You can change its settings so that it's Pulses works however you want it, which is the part that is totally different than the Normal TENS unit...this one has a pulsating frequency that is specifically for those with RSD. It's more like an External SCS. It has the Pads and wires just like a regular TENS Unit.....and everything, which you have under your clothes, so, you wouldn't have to worry about Jake getting a hold of them.

Like I said, I love mine A LOT!!!

I have to call the Rep tomorrow to find out if I have to send it back Wednesday or not......and I'm really hoping that I don't!

Hope your doctor can see if you can get this and it works for you....because this one works SO MUCH BETTER than a regular TENS Unit!

How great that they have given you something that actually HELPS some.

I'll be interested to see how it continues to work, especially since I am not a candidate for an SCS and I would love to have something, anything to lessen the pain for awhile!

Can you tell I'm having a bad pain day??? Going to rain here, not snow, thank Goodness! I drove myself somewhere for a change today and halfway back really started to think that someday, maybe soon, I won't be able to drive myself anymore. Scary, scary, scary.

Needless to say, I'm willing to try just about anything new!
