I had really bad hyperpigmentation after a pulse dye treatment 5

years ago. It all resolved itself on its own. It took a few months

thought.

...I think what you are experiencing is the sundamaged skin

repigmenting after treatment, which is different than getting

hyperpigmentation from a treatment. With the photofacial I have

noticed that any freckling that I had from the sun has taken a few

treatments to go away. But, it is now gone. My tech told me that if

it is a natural freckle you have had all your life it won't go away,

but it is sunspots they take a few treatments to resolve.
