Guest guest
Hi ! I did try calling at first & could never get through. When I finally did reach the girl in registration, she told me to do it when I arrived in Durham. I flew into Durham Friday am & went over to the hospital in the afternoon, & did my regitration then. Hope this helps. Sue (Maine) MGB Post-Op 4/17/
Guest guest
!!!! Your Welcome!!!!!!!! You go right into the front of the hospital, whereupon you will see an information desk. There is a set of stairs right in front of it. You go down those stairs & registration is right there! They should have a file on you already & will just need to confirm things like your social security #, and your husband's (if there is one). Make sure you have your insurance card with you. Then she will give you a pink card to bring with you the day of surgery, which shows the pre-op check in nurse that you are already registered. You will not get your surgery time until the day before. Debbie will give you the phone # you will need to call. I was scheduled for Monday & we were told.... " to find out your times, call after 3pm on Sunday! " Sue(Maine) MGB Post-Op 4/17/
