At first glance, I can't see why it would be advisable to take it. MCT Oil Hi. Can anybody tell me what is MCT Oil? Thanks. It's incredibly good for you and is even used in IVs at hospitals. You can just use coconut oil instead, but many do take MCT to help with healing from all sorts of things.
