Have her husband call them over and over till they give her something. Maybe she should go to the er. The hospital is not suppose to release her until her pain is under control. And, I was told by an er nurse on Sunday night that anyone suffering from pain should go to the er if their current meds aren't working. This is horrible! I get so mad when I hear about this! On top of it all the except her to keep moving the arm. I'd like to know how when she's a 10 when laying still? This makes me fighting mad. Doctors Grrrr!!!! I do it when I run out of meds post-op, so it's not like it's an inappropriate thing to do. Hampered pain management will hinder healing.....
