Guest guest
Hello All, First of all, welcome to all of the new members to this wonderful group of people! Now, about getting comfy with a painful heel. Get a thick, medium support pillow, put it sideways across the bed and rest your calf on it, from the knee down. The heel of your foot, and also your ankle, will not touch it and you can lay on your back, your side or even your stomach if you want to. I can't lay any other way without killing my heel. And it's comfortable if you do it right too. This is just my two cents worth. Hope it helps someone. Hugs to all, Faith Hello Lyn and Janet, do not know if wrote to you yet Janet or not, know this >is first time Lyn that have message to you and sorry, but by time done with >my usual novels you both may be begging for me to not write again!!!! > Anyway point being here is the heel and finding way to get comfortable. >My right foot is one injured and to get comfortable always have to have heel >off mattress.
